Our Locations
You can visit our primary kidney care consultants clinic located in Maplewood, Minnesota, where we offer expert kidney care. Additionally, our services are available at convenient satellite locations, including the Apple Valley Medical Center and the St Croix Medical Center in Frederic and Webster, WI. For hospitalized patients, our dedicated team provides care at Fairview St Johns, Woodwinds, Bethesda, Allina’s United Hospital, and various dialysis clinics across the east metro and western Wisconsin.
Referrals to Kidney Transplant Centers
We collaborate closely with the leading kidney transplant centers in Minnesota, ensuring our patients have access to the best transplantation services available. We refer patients to all four kidney transplant centers in the state, including Fairview University, Hennepin Health, Abbott Northwestern Hospital, and Mayo Hospital and Clinics.

Associated Nephrology Consultants of Minnesota was founded in St. Paul in 1977. Today, six physicians, and 8 nurse practitioners/ physician’s assistants see patients with all types of acute and chronic kidney disease, including patients with:
